Whether you are planning a massive family dinner, coordinating a casual lunch date, or simply craving a massive seafood boil at the end of a long workday, knowing exactly when to visit is the first step to a great experience. While we strive to maintain consistent schedules across all of our restaurants, operating hours can occasionally vary by location. In this post, we will cover our general hours of operation, how we handle major holidays, and a few insider tips on the best times to secure a table without a long wait.
Standard Daily Hours
Our primary goal is to be available whenever the craving for spicy, buttery seafood strikes. The vast majority of our restaurants follow a fairly standard lunch-to-dinner schedule.
Weekday Operations (Monday - Thursday)
During the work week, we generally open our doors just in time for the lunch crowd, usually around 11:30 AM or 12:00 PM. We stay open continuously throughout the afternoon and into the evening, typically closing around 10:00 PM. This schedule is perfect for those looking for a midday escape or a relaxed, post-work dinner. Keep in mind that lunch specials are often exclusively available from opening until mid-afternoon.
The Weekend Rush (Friday - Sunday)
Weekends are when our dining rooms truly come alive. On Fridays and Saturdays, we usually extend our evening hours, staying open until 11:00 PM or occasionally midnight to accommodate the late-night crowd and larger celebratory groups. Sundays generally revert to our standard weekday closing time of 10:00 PM. If you are planning to visit on a Friday or Saturday night, we highly recommend arriving early, as these are peak hours where wait times are practically guaranteed.
Holiday Schedules and Closures
We believe that our team members deserve time to celebrate with their own families, which means we do observe several major holidays. However, we also know that a massive seafood boil is a fantastic alternative to cooking a traditional holiday meal!
Holidays We Remain Open
If you want to skip the stress of holiday cooking, we are generally fully operational on:
- Valentine’s Day: A very popular night for couples looking for a fun, interactive date.
- Mother’s Day & Father’s Day: Excellent opportunities to treat the parents to a feast.
- New Year’s Eve: A great way to kick off the celebrations before the countdown.
Holidays with Modified Hours or Closures
To allow our staff time with their loved ones, the majority of our locations are completely closed on Thanksgiving Day and Christmas Day.
Additionally, we often operate under reduced hours (such as closing early) on:
- Christmas Eve
- Independence Day (4th of July)
- Easter Sunday
Important Note: Because many of our restaurants are independently managed, it is absolutely critical that you call your specific local branch to verify holiday hours before making the drive.
When is the Best Time to Visit?
If you prefer a quieter dining experience or simply want to avoid a wait at the door, timing is everything.
The absolute best time to walk right in and grab a table is during the early afternoon on a weekday, specifically between 2:00 PM and 4:30 PM. The lunch rush has ended, and the dinner crowd hasn’t yet arrived. Additionally, dining with us right when we open on a Saturday or Sunday (usually around noon) is a fantastic way to beat the evening rush.
Whenever you decide to drop by, our team will be ready with a bib, a mallet, and the best seafood boil in town!
